We're expanding our Midtown Manhattan team and hiring Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives to work directly with customers and clients in a face-to-face environment.

This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people and want to gain practical experience in customer service, client communication, relationship building, and sales .

No previous customer service or sales experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing mentorship.

What You'll Do

• Interact directly with customers and clients in a professional, face-to-face environment.
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer support.
• Answer questions and explain available programs, services, and next steps.
• Learn about customer needs and help identify appropriate solutions.
• Present relevant programs and services as part of the customer experience.
• Participate in consultative sales conversations and help customers understand available options.
• Build positive customer relationships through communication and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Work with team members to meet daily and weekly objectives.
• Participate in paid training, coaching, and professional development.
• Represent clients and their services in a professional, customer-focused manner.

Important Position Details

This is a 100% on-site, face-to-face position in Midtown Manhattan. Daily in-person interaction with customers and business clients is an essential part of the role.

The position combines customer service, client communication, relationship building, and sales . Sales is a component of the role, and representatives will participate in consultative sales conversations while helping customers understand available programs and services.

This is not a remote, hybrid, call-center, back-office, or senior-level customer service position. It is an entry-level, customer-facing role with daily face-to-face interaction and paid training.
