Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each client’s mental health challenges and strengths.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Implement specific therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and trauma-focused care.

• Develop customized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, establishing clear goals and relevant interventions.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and specialists to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Maintain meticulous, timely documentation of client progress and treatment in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Self Healing Counseling Center offers an attractive annual salary range of $80,000 – $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
