Step into a rewarding school-based role supporting K-12 students as a contract Occupational Therapist. This part-time position offers a dynamic and engaging opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, helping students reach their full potential in both academic and personal growth. Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist licensure
• Experience providing OT services in a school environment (preferred)
• Comfortable working with students across K-12 grades
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to develop and implement IEP goals tailored to individual needs
• Passion for supporting student success in an educational setting

Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ abilities and collaborate on the development of IEPs
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services designed for the unique needs of each student
• Document progress, maintain compliance, and participate in team meetings
• Engage with school staff and families to provide recommendations and resources
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and positive learning environment
• Manage scheduling and prioritize caseload requirements
