Pay & Benefits

• Base Salary Options:
  • $296,400 (0.71 FTE) + bonus
  • $328,320 (0.78 FTE) + bonus
• Additional Pay:

What You'll Do

• Provide 24-hour in-house OB hospitalist coverage in a high-acuity, high-volume environment
• Manage OB triage for unassigned patients and address private physician requests
• Respond to and manage maternal-fetal medicine patient transports (~5-6/month)
• Assist and participate in cesarean sections and inpatient postpartum rounds
• Conduct shared rounding of antepartum patients with MFM specialists
• Evaluate gynecologic emergencies in the Emergency Department
• Coordinate care within a facility featuring a Level III NICU, 24-hour neonatal and pediatric hospitalist coverage, and dedicated anesthesiology support

What You Need

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• California medical license or eligible for licensing
• Residency completion in OB-GYN

• Experience in high-acuity obstetric settings
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
