Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced bar manager to oversee daily operations of our private social quarters. This position is responsible for scheduling staff, ordering all bar supplies, food, alcohol, and other supplies as directed. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, financial integrity, and experience managing a small team of seven employees across both front of the house and back of the house operations knowledge of fraternal or civic organizations is preferred.
Qualifications:
2 or more years of bar or restaurant management experience
Strong cash handing and POS system knowledge
Comfortable working in a smoking environment.
ServSafe Manager and ServeSafe alcohol certifications are a plus.
