Billing Specialist

We are looking for a full-time Revenue and Billing Specialist (Biller) who is motivated and wants to learn, grow, and contribute to our high-performance culture. This position requires organization, dependability, and having a good working knowledge of a variety of general accounting functions. Responsibilities: Generate high volume of monthly invoices in QuickBooks Online - we have thousands of customers, and we need to bill them accurately and in a timely manner. It's not rocket science, but we want someone we can trust and who can concentrate for long periods of time until the job is done. Provide excellent customer service to our clients when explaining billing transactions - Customer experience is at the core of what we do at Allied, so we are looking for someone who builds loyalty on every interaction. Promotes and actively seeks to develop positive internal (team members) and external (process excellence customers) relations. Job Requirements: Quickbooks online experience is a plus Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) Dependable and reliable Attention to detail Solid understanding of business principles Strong organizational Skills Ability to multitask and prioritize short-term and long-term projects Unquestionable level of integrity and trustworthiness Work in our Lehi, UT office Monday through Friday Compensation, Benefits, and Perks: Competitive compensation (DOE).
