Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $1960 per week.

Shift: 7:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 18 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• 6 months of Epic experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic and no current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic and no current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic.

Required Skills/Experience: - Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to prior to having ever traveled. - 12 months permanent MS/Tele experience.

Special Requests: - All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission. - 18 weeks to provide winter coverage; 13 weeks also accepted at this time. - Engagements are limited to 18 consecutive months.

Shift & Scheduling: - Options for 4x12s, 3x12s, or 2x12s available.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
