Director, Human Resources

Corcept Therapeutics seeks a Director of Human Resources to provide HR leadership and support to the Research and Development organization and company leadership. The role encompasses strategic organizational design, employee relations, learning and development coordination, and compliance with employment laws.
Responsibilities
- Provide HRBP support model services to executive team members and their departments
- Partner with Senior Director on designing, delivering, and assessing learning and development initiatives
- Promote employee awareness and participation in HR programs including performance management
- Develop, recommend, and implement HR policies ensuring compliance with employment laws
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and termination processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum 10 years of human resources management experience
- Experience in HRBP role or HR specialization with program development and implementation
- Pharmaceutical industry experience with understanding of drug development and clinical trials
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Compensation: $238,900-$281,100 base
