Job Description San Francisco office of ArentFox Schiff LLP seeks a transactional attorney to join the nationally ranked Sports Practice Group. Ideal candidates are located in the San Francisco Bay Area (or Los Angeles or other firm offices) and are 4‑5 year law school class graduates. Responsibilities include commercial transactions in the sports and entertainment industries, with opportunities to work on complementary fields such as real estate, intellectual property, and corporate matters. Sponsorship agreements Naming rights agreements Multi‑media rights agreements Procurement agreements Pouring rights agreements Franchise acquisition and disposition agreements Jersey patch agreements Merchandising agreements Venue development and operations agreements Advertising or promotional agreements Suite, club and premium seating licensing Concessionaire and food and beverage agreements Ticketing agreements Team and venue license agreements Joint venture agreements Media right agreements Priority will be given to candidates with substantial direct law firm experience on sports‑related transactions in the above categories. Requirements: membership in the bar of the state where the candidate is located, good standing, and 4‑5 year law school class. Salary: $275,000 to $305,000 per year, plus a comprehensive bonus program with productivity, business development, and merit-based components.
