Night Auditor

Some overnight experience (in the hotel industry) is preferred. A Hotel Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing hotel operations during the overnight shift, ensuring guest satisfaction, handling front desk duties, and completing daily financial and accounting tasks. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests. Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests during overnight hours. Check guests in and out of the hotel. Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally. Process reservations, cancellations, and room changes. Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare audit reports. Verify room rates, payments, and guest accounts for accuracy. Balance cash drawers and credit card transactions. Generate end-of-day reports and close out the business day in the hotel management system. Monitor hotel security and conduct routine property inspections. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management regarding overnight issues. Skills & Requirements Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role Experiences with some hotel reservations software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Customer service attitude Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work overnight shifts, including a few weekends (to give relief time off) and holidays.
