We offer a work-life balance: after 6 months of in-office training, you may be eligible for a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote). To be eligible for hybrid work, you must have a reliable wired high-speed internet connection (≥20 Mbps download, ≥5 Mbps upload). We will provide computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset. Maintain performance standards in quality, attendance, and overall team-centrics work ethic. Take ownership of each member while empathizing and prioritizing member needs. Build lasting relationships with our members by always being available, offer products and services as appropriate, and put each member first with every interaction. Protect the member and EECU from potential identity theft or fraud by accurately verifying members, keeping information confidential, and raising concerns when in doubt. Resolve conflicts and manage member expectations. Adhere to all Federal and State rules and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Bribery Act and NCUA Privacy Regulations. Candidate Qualifications: Minimum of one year prior call center or financial experience required Effective verbal and written communication with both external and internal members Problem-solving skills; approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure appropriate member outcome Accuracy and attention to detail Required to abide by all applicable regulatory and department policy and procedures Efficiently manage multiple browsers, tabs, and windows while remaining available to speak with a member Previous customer service experienceMust be willing to work in a fast-paced, 100% phone-based environment Excellent attendance is required Ability to easily commute to the call center in Downtown Fort Worth High school diploma or equivalent Hiring Positions and Schedules: 2 positions on schedule 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm rotating Saturdays (2 bilingual preferred) 1 position on schedule 10:00 am – 7:00 pm, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm rotating Saturdays (bilingual preferred) EECU is an EOE/Vets/Disabled Employer.
