The Position:

A highly regarded, full-service law firm is seeking a Litigation Partner to join its Wilmington office. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished trial lawyer or litigation practitioner with a strong track record handling complex commercial disputes, looking to take on a high-impact role within a platform known for sophisticated, high-stakes work.

The role involves leading a broad range of complex litigation matters, including commercial disputes, fiduciary litigation, corporate governance matters, and contract claims. The successful candidate will act for a diverse client base, including corporations, financial institutions, directors and officers, and private equity-backed entities. Matters frequently involve multi-party disputes, urgent injunctions, and proceedings in specialist courts.

Requirements:

• Established litigation partner or senior attorney with a strong track record in complex commercial litigation
• Significant experience handling high-value disputes, including corporate, commercial, or financial litigation
• Delaware State Bar required
