The Company is seeking an Interim Head of Total Rewards to lead the global strategy for compensation, benefits, executive compensation, and incentive programs. This role is pivotal in driving employee performance, supporting business objectives, and creating measurable enterprise value. The successful candidate will be responsible for sustaining the progress of the transformation, integration, and optimization of total rewards programs, ensuring market competitiveness, fiscal discipline, and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include leading the total rewards organization, delivering a new integrated job architecture, and integrating benefits with a focus on the USA. The role also involves delivering executive and incentive programs that are directly linked to value creation at the enterprise, business unit, and individual levels. Applicants for the Interim Head of Total Rewards position at the company should have a minimum of 12-15 years' of experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, or related HR disciplines, with at least 2 years' in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading global total rewards functions, particularly in fast-paced, high-growth, or transformational environments. Strong project and program management skills are essential, as is the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure compliance with U.S. regulations. The role requires a leader with strategic business acumen, transformation leadership, and a focus on data-driven decision-making.
