• 24-hour call shifts -- 7 consecutive days, 7 am start
• Average 20 patients per shift
• Consults, inpatients, and transfers covered
• 10 - 25 phone consults per 24-hour period
• In-house call -- 30-minute response time required
• ERCP (diagnostic and therapeutic) required
• Preferred: upper/lower GI endoscopy, EUS, PEG, liver biopsy
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
