Department Manager

Responsibilities Managers lead shifts and ensure fast, accurate, friendly service. Some managers also lead departments: training, food safety, inventory, goal setting, task delegation, follow‑up, and reporting. Guest Service Department Manager: ensures crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, sales promotions are executed, all service staff are trained, and McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas are organized for optimal service. Kitchen Department Manager: ensures high‑quality, fast food delivery, food safety, cost control, and proper training of kitchen staff on production procedures and new menu items. People Department Manager: ensures hiring of qualified crew, thorough training, and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals, while supporting crew development and recognition. Qualifications Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments. Positive team player with flexible schedules who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned stores.
