Summary The Department Manager leads a department or floor to achieve individual, team, and store sales targets through coaching, performance management, and client development. This role supports the Store Manager in driving customer experience, developing talent, and ensuring operational excellence across the department. The manager is responsible for succession planning, product knowledge, and contributing to the store's commercial growth. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop client advisors to meet individual and department sales targets and KPIs. Set goals, provide regular feedback, conduct onboarding, and recruit talent in collaboration with store leadership. Manage customer flow, cultivate a client-centric experience, and optimize CRM/data capture. Drive sales for assigned product category, improve product knowledge, and share market feedback with the regional team. Oversee operations including opening/closing, inventory management, policy implementation, and acting for senior management as needed. Requirements Proven experience leading teams in a similar luxury or retail environment with demonstrated commercial results. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to coach and develop diverse teams. Commercial acumen, client-focused mindset, and passion for fashion, art, and culture.
