Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure that estimates meet client requirements.
• Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for a project
• Create an accurate sketch and initial scope of work for construction projects.
• Deliver a consistent and well-defined initial estimate.
• Work with Project Manager to price bid items, if needed.
• Identify and document finalized project scope of work.
• Work with outside resources as necessary to complete accurate estimate (Mold/Asbestos testing, ITEL, Electrical Inspectors, etc.)
• Assemble accurate and well-organized estimates.
• Deliver and Communicate estimate to Project Manager

Position Requirements

• 2 years previous mitigation estimating and/or insurance adjusting experience
• Effective written and oral communication
• Proficient use of Xactimate estimating software
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Team Player
• Must have good driving record
• Strong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitude
• Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is preferred
• Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Pay Rate

Competitive base plus activity-based commission and increases based on merit. Each SERVPRO Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated. Revised 02.21 Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
