Your Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough patient evaluations, arranging necessary diagnostic assessments, and developing custom care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic illnesses in partnership with other healthcare providers or independently (where applicable)
• Instructing patients and their families on preventive practices, wellness strategies, and chronic disease management
• Prescribing medications and treatments in line with your professional scope of practice

Educational Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree
• Completion of a recognized Nurse Practitioner program

Necessary Certifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Arizona
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent
• Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (or capability to obtain within 90 days)
