Job Title: Syndicate Structured Products Operations Associate / Analyst (4 openings) Hybrid Minimum 3 days a week in office

Location: Baltimore, MD - Hybrid Duration: 12 Months

Position Summary: The Syndicate Structured Products Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of structured product offerings, ensuring the successful launch, booking, servicing, and settlement of structured investments distributed to Wealth Management clients. The role serves as a critical liaison among Structured Investments Sales, Trading, Product Development, Financial Advisors, Operations, Technology, and external counterparties to facilitate accurate and timely execution of new issuances while maintaining a strong focus on risk management, regulatory compliance, and client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the operational execution of structured product issuances from launch through maturity.
• Coordinate new issue launches with business partners across Syndicate, Trading, Sales, Product Management, and Operations.
• Review offering details, documentation, identifiers, and operational readiness prior to product launch.
• Monitor order activity and assist with issue pricing, allocations, and booking support.
• Investigate and resolve trade, allocation, settlement, and processing exceptions.
• Act as a primary point of contact for Financial Advisors, branch personnel, and internal business partners regarding structured product inquiries.
• Coordinate documentation delivery, product setup, and operational controls required for successful issuance.
• Manage time-sensitive escalations associated with product launches, allocations, and settlement events.
• Partner with Technology and Control teams to identify, document, and remediate operational issues.
• Support post-issuance events including coupon payments, calls, maturities, corporate actions, and lifecycle servicing activities.
• Perform reconciliations and quality control reviews to ensure accuracy of positions, allocations, and client records.
• Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements, supervisory procedures, and internal risk controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation, process enhancement, and control strengthening.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of capital markets and financial products.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and risk awareness.
• Proficiency in Excel and operational systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting Structured Products, Syndicate, Fixed Income, Equity Derivatives, or Capital Markets Operations.
• Knowledge of the structured product issuance lifecycle.
• Familiarity with allocations, settlement processes, securities processing, and client servicing.
• Experience interacting with trading desks, syndicate teams, sales organizations, and Wealth Management partners.
• Understanding of operational risk and control frameworks.
