Procurement Agent

Pay Rate: $36 - $40 (Depending on Experience) Dates: Temporary (Through 12/22/2026) Schedule: Monday to Frida (8am-5pm) Duties: Assist with maintaining procurement inbox through daily checks and responses to inquiries. Assist with preparing and managing RFIs/RFPs and basic scope of work or service agreement documents. Support supplier selection activities, including collecting documentation for supplier onboarding. Support supplier selection activities, including collecting quotes and helping with basic cost comparisons. Coordinate with internal teams to gather requirements and ensure timely communication. Help identify cost-saving opportunities and track spend on assigned projects. Maintain procurement documentation and support budget tracking and cost reconciliation. Assist with background research on pending invoices requiring approval. Assist with compiling an invoicing yearly spreadsheet for YOY programs. Skills and Experience Requested: 1-3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance or a related administrative support role. Experience supporting sourcing activities, including collecting quotes, preparing bid documents, and coordinating supplier communications. Familiarity with supplier onboarding processes and maintaining procurement-related documentation. Experience working with invoices, budget tracking, spend analysis, and cost reconciliation. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including tracking spreadsheets, data analysis and reporting. Experience in managing shared mailboxes or responding to inquiries in a professional business environment. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manager competing priorities in a fast-paced setting. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial and procurement data. Knowledge of procurement best practices, RFI/RFP processes, and contract administration preferred. Experience working with ERP systems (SAP) is a plus.
