Key Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant Perform full‑cycle accounting, including journal entries, accruals, and month‑end close activities as the Staff Accountant Own balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy across multiple accounts and entities as the Staff Accountant Support job costing and project accounting, including reconciliations and cost tracking, as the Staff Accountant Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and support occasional plant visits as the Staff Accountant Partner with operations and internal teams to improve processes, resolve discrepancies, and support reporting and audits as the Staff Accountant Qualifications For The Staff Accountant Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 3–5+ years of accounting experience with strong GAAP and month‑end close exposure Experience with or interest in construction, manufacturing, inventory accounting, or job costing Work Environment for the Staff Accountant On‑site role with occasional plant visits Hands‑on, fast‑paced environment with evolving processes Collaborative team with direct leadership exposure #J-18808-Ljbffr
