PHSC's West Campus oversees the credentialing approval process for the following high schools:

Prior to application, the applicant must have thecompleted and signed by their school-based administrator. This form should be uploaded as part of the application.
The application review process may be initiated with unofficial transcripts; however, official transcripts must be received during the initial term of hire. Applications with incomplete or incorrect documents will not be considered.
