Property Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The Property Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of residential or commercial properties. Working within a medium-sized team of 1-4 technicians and reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, this role demands technical expertise in multiple maintenance disciplines and effective customer interaction. The technician may also handle occasional after-hours or emergency calls to address urgent maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

Perform HVAC repair and maintenance
Conduct plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
Maintain and repair electrical systems
Carry out preventive maintenance tasks
Interact professionally with customers to resolve issues

Preferred Qualifications

Valid driver's license
Experience in HVAC maintenance
Knowledge of electrical systems
Plumbing skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Effective communication skills
