Our organization is excited to announce an opening for a Full-Time Family Medicine Physician at St. Peters Primary Care located in Saratoga Springs, NY . This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established outpatient practice that is experiencing significant patient demand, supported by a hospital affiliation.

Situated at 4 Congress Place in Saratoga Springs, we are looking for a dedicated physician to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will prioritize patient care, demonstrate outstanding clinical and communication abilities, and show a strong dedication to delivering high-quality healthcare to the communities we serve. Candidates must be Board Certified and hold a valid license to practice in New York.

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Engage in continuous professional development and education.

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Current New York State licensure.
• DEA registration is required.
• A strong interest in providing primary care across all age groups.

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

• A base salary range of $250,000 - $260,000 , with additional earning potential through RVU-based productivity incentives and quality performance bonuses.
• A starting bonus of $75,000 .
• A retention bonus of $25,000 .
• Resident compensation available, offering up to $50,000 per year for early sign-on.
• Comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance.
• Paid malpractice insurance, including coverage after employment ends.
• Allowance for continuing medical education (CME) time and expenses.
