Foreman - Irrigation Install

We are seeking an Irrigation Install Foreman to supervise and work alongside a Landscape Construction crew while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and with our quality standards in mind. This position will be responsible for directing projects from start to finish, including overseeing employees, equipment and materials needed for irrigation install projects.Juniper is a full-service landscape design, build, and management company servicing the Southeast. Join our company, where we Welcome/Grow/Celebrate you at Juniper!Responsibilities:Supervising and directing irrigation techs and crew members in completing projectsAccountable for hours spend on projects vs. budgeted hoursPlanning and scheduling equipment and materials needed on irrigation projectsTracking project changes and coordinating with the project manager for change order requestsEnsuring a safe working environment and compliance with work safety programEnsuring that equipment is properly maintained and managedUsing hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform irrigation dutiesPerforming miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedSkills/Requirements:Valid US driver's license and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Report review (preferred)Minimum of 2 years of experience in irrigationExperience with residential and commercial landscape plansSupervisory experience preferredKnowledge of blueprintsEffective oral and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environmentBi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plusIrrigation certification or ability to obtain certificationMust be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the dayMust be able to use hand tools and power equipmentMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.We Welcome/Grow/Celebrate you at Juniper!
