The Grounds Lead will assist the supervisor in their absence to help guide fellow team members, promoting teamwork and effective communication. The Grounds lead will be subject for call back for any grounds-related emergency, operate various grounds maintenance and landscape tools, and equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition.
