Receptionist - Part Time

Job Purpose:- The Receptionist - Part Time at OVATION COMMUNITIES is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk. This role involves greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming environment for residents, staff, and guests.Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors, residents, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.Provide information and assistance to residents and guests, addressing their needs and concerns.Maintain accurate records and logs of visitors and incoming deliveries.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operations.Uphold confidentiality and security protocols to protect sensitive information.Support the team with additional tasks as required to enhance the overall service experience.Required Education:High school diploma or equivalent.Required Experience:Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.Experience in customer service or client-facing positions is advantageous.Required Skills and Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to handle a multi-line phone system efficiently.Professional demeanor with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and accuracy in managing records and scheduling. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jewish Home And Care Center Inc
