• Compensation: $150,000–$200,000+

Who We’re Looking For

This role is not for someone who just wants to sit behind a desk.

We’re looking for a servant leader with:

• Strong character and ethics (non-negotiable)


• Urgency and drive — in the office early every day with a plan


• Must be willing to make 50–60 calls a day personally


• Willingness to get in front of customers, take turns, and close deals


• Ability to lead by example and help salespeople improve their own activity


• A proactive mindset around phone calls, follow-up, and execution


• Nissan experience is a big plus, but we’re ultimately looking for the right person, not just the right résumé.
