Account Executive - Central USA

Becton Dickinson seeks an Account Executive to drive sales of BD Parata pharmacy solutions across the Central USA region. The role involves managing complex sales cycles, building customer relationships, and maximizing value delivery to long-term care pharmacy clients.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and implement BD Parata hardware and software solutions for long-term care pharmacies
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and influencers in target accounts
- Develop and execute opportunity plans that align customer needs with BD solutions
- Manage sales pipeline independently and ensure consistent achievement of targets
- Demonstrate product value to customers before and after sale completion
Requirements
- 5-10 years of B2B sales experience, capital sales preferred
- Ability to manage extended, complex sales cycles independently
- Knowledge of pharmacy, IT, nursing, or C-suite environments
- Travel up to 75% within designated territory
- Valid driver's license
- Bachelor's degree preferred
