Handle filing, scanning, and organizing paperwork. Assist with accounts payable/receivable tasks. Process invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents. Answer phones and assist with general office needs. Help maintain customer and vehicle-related records. Support department heads and team members as needed. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn. Ability to multitask in a busy office environment. Strong communication skills and a professional, team-oriented attitude. Previous administrative, bookkeeping, accounting, or dealership experience is preferred.
