HR Generalist

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on company policies.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, and manage open enrollment processes.
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding to ensure a seamless and positive integration into the company.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development initiatives.
