You’ll work with each potential client to gain an understanding of their background, goals, and motivations through their health journey. With that understanding, you’ll build trust and identify solutions that help each customer realize a healthier life. The manager is a passionate individual who seeks to help members and guests improve their lives through health and fitness. This person manages day‑to‑day tasks, welcomes guests and members to the gym, sells memberships and training services, and leads staff to work as a cohesive unit. The role requires self‑motivation, leadership, collaboration, communication, and influence skills. Responsibilities Membership and training sales – qualify, inform, inspire, and convert leads to members. Brand promotion – establish relationships with businesses and influencers, coordinate engagement campaigns, national marketing campaigns, and community outreach using corporate assets. Team building – inspire all team members to foster a trusting, positive environment. Day‑to‑day operations – perform club operations tasks such as running reports and cleaning as needed. Culture creation – deliver top‑notch customer service and aim to improve the lives of each person you meet. Qualifications Experience in the fitness industry is not required, but strong communication and soft skills are. 18 years of age or older. Friendly, outgoing, and warm. Genuine and honest. Available to work flexible hours (mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends). Technologically savvy. Self‑motivated. Good at managing time and schedules.
