Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' needs, developing personalized treatment plans that address their specific situations and goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy, to facilitate positive psychological outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation of case notes, treatment progress, and patient interactions using our electronic health records system.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other mental health professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.

• Utilize outcome measurement tools to track client progress and adapt treatments as necessary, ensuring that services are responsive to evolving patient needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus on clients in the hospice setting, working closely with individuals who are navigating grief, anxiety, depression, and other psychological challenges associated with terminal illness. You will engage with patients and their families, providing compassionate support to address emotional and social service needs. Your role will be vital in creating a safe space that encourages open discussions, understanding, and resolution of complex emotions during their end-of-life journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
