Proposal Manager

Our Newton based client is looking to hire a Proposal Manager. Compensation $85K-$95K Potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications. Applicants must be local and willing to commute to Newton, MA, as this role is 100% onsite, 5 days a week. Responsibilities Develop and refine persuasive proposal content tailored for RFQs, RFPs, and qualification submissions, ensuring clarity and impact. Collaborate with project teams and senior leadership to craft compelling narratives, case studies, and technical descriptions for proposals. Support the preparation of interview presentations and client meetings, ensuring materials are polished and strategically aligned. Coordinate and update marketing content, including website and social media channels, to strengthen brand visibility. Assist in maintaining proposal and marketing resource libraries, ensuring easy access to templates and technical assets. Facilitate seamless communication across internal teams and external vendors to guarantee timely delivery of marketing materials and proposals. Contribute to internal process improvements and branding initiatives to foster a cohesive marketing strategy. Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, or a related field. 2 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in marketing, proposals, or professional service marketing. Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines within a fast‑paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint, with a capability to produce visually consistent content.
