Communications Coordinator

To advance the Step Further brand, the full-time remote Communications Coordinator will develop and execute integrated communications strategies, create compelling content across various channels, and manage media relations to enhance stakeholder engagement and organizational visibility. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and executing integrated communications strategies that support organizational objectives and increase brand awareness Draft and coordinate engaging content for websites, newsletters, and stakeholder communications that effectively showcase organizational impact Support proactive media relations efforts by monitoring trends, managing media coverage reporting, and identifying opportunities for increased visibility Required Qualifications: 3 years of experience supporting communications campaigns, branding initiatives, or public engagement efforts 1-3 years of experience in developing and editing content for multiple communication channels Demonstrated success in relevant professional or life experiences, with military service acceptable as a substitute for professional experience Experience utilizing analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms is preferred Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, Advertising, Mass Communications, or a related field is preferred
