What You'll Do

As an In-Home Sales Representative , you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners and help them find the best solutions for their remodeling needs. Using our innovative sales technology, you'll create custom designs, present product options, and guide customers through the purchasing process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners provided by the company.
• Create customized bath remodeling designs and solutions.
• Present pricing and financing options.
• Close sales and exceed performance goals.
• Participate in weekly sales training and development programs.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships throughout the sales process.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred.
• Home improvement, remodeling, or construction sales experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Comfortable presenting to homeowners and building rapport quickly.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the Front Range region.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
