Analyst PM

Job Summary

The Analyst PM will support delivery and execution of projects with a strong focus on Agile methodologies. The role requires hands-on experience with JIRA, strong communication and facilitation skills, and the ability to manage testing, reconciliation, and issue analysis in parallel workstreams. The candidate will work closely with product teams and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Agile project delivery with hands-on experience using JIRA .
• Lead and facilitate meetings, working sessions, and cross-team discussions.
• Interact with multiple leads and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.
• Prepare and deliver PowerPoint report-outs and status updates for leadership.
• Execute and support parallel testing activities , including reconciliations.
• Analyze testing results, identify reconciliation discrepancies, and research root causes.
• Review and compare data from multiple sources to eliminate false positives.
• Identify true issues and clearly communicate problems to Product teams.
• Partner with Product teams to resolve errors and ensure closure.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7-10 years of overall experience.
• Strong experience working in Agile delivery environments .
• Hands-on familiarity with JIRA .
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in test execution , reconciliations, and parallel testing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to research data discrepancies.
• Experience working on technology projects (preferred).
