Ideal Candidate Profile
- Core Focus: More technical/ Product Analyst who can also "wear the Product hat" (think hybrid technical + product mindset)
- Key Project/Context: Modernization effort - migrating from legacy tech stack to new/modern tech stack
Heavy emphasis on **XML to JSON mappings** (documenting, specifying, and requirements gathering around these)
Need someone who can help define/document the required mappings, specify them clearly, and work with the team on requirements
Able to communicate/explain from a business value perspective (not just technical details)
Strong technical aptitude for complex data transformations (XML → JSON, conditioning/logic/rules)
- Industry Experience: FinTech background is a strong baseline (complex mappings/transformations are priority over specific mortgage domain knowledge)
Nice-to-Have Skills
SQL, Python, database experience (secondary/lower priority)
Additional Responsibilities/Expectations
Will work closely with stakeholders
May be asked to run point (lead interactions) and support a Product Owner (PO)
