This role offers a unique opportunity to represent clients in the commercial transportation industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of insurance defense experience. Responsibilities: Representing clients in all stages of litigation, including pre-trial preparation, trial, and appeals. Managing a diverse caseload of commercial transportation and construction defense matters. Developing and implementing litigation strategies to achieve favorable resolutions for our clients. Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to identify potential legal issues and provide sound legal advice. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional client service. Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals to ensure a coordinated and efficient approach to case management. Staying updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide proactive legal guidance to clients. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice in NJ. PA is a plus. 2+ years of insurance defense experience. Proven track record of successfully defending clients in complex litigation cases. Excellent legal research, writing, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple cases and projects, with a keen attention to detail and deadlines. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
