Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, determining their needs for therapy based on functional limitations or disabilities.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with each patient's goals, incorporating evidence-based practices and innovative therapy techniques.
• Implement treatment protocols effectively, demonstrating adaptability to our dynamic healthcare environments and responding to patients' progress or setbacks.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously, including evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, complying with legal and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians and specialists, to optimize patient care and address any changes in health status or plan of care.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development, ensuring compliance with all corporate, clinical, and regulatory requirements.
