Branch Operations | Non-Exempt (Hourly) Position Summary The Recruiter plays a critical role in supporting branch operations by recruiting, onboarding, and placing associates in light industrial and other positions. This role serves as a primary point of contact for clients and employees, ensuring orders are filled quickly, accurately, and with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Source, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial assignments. Coordinate pre-employment processes, including background checks, drug screens, and E-Verify. Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Order Management & Placement Fill client job orders with qualified candidates in a fast-paced environment. Match employee skills, availability, and reliability with customer needs. Confirm placements, communicate start details, and manage assignment logistics. Employee & Client Support Maintain ongoing communication with associates and clients to ensure satisfaction. Conduct check-ins with new hires and active assignments. Address attendance, performance, and behavioural concerns in partnership with management. Compliance & Administration Support workers' compensation claims and incident reporting as needed. Assist with unemployment claims and documentation. Ensure adherence to EEOC, OSHA, and company policies. Operations Support Assist with front office activities, including answering phones and assisting walk-in applicants. Maintain PPE and office supply inventory. Participate in an on-call rotation, including after-hours and weekend support. Qualifications Required: High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, or administrative support. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Experience in light industrial staffing or high-volume recruiting.
