Job Summary The Digital Marketing Specialist develops, manages, and optimizes landing pages and digital marketing assets to support enrollment marketing campaigns. This role is responsible for improving user experience, supporting digital advertising initiatives, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing marketing data, and maintaining marketing platforms to maximize campaign effectiveness and conversion rates. Duties and Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns. Manage landing page content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and performance. Create and refine digital advertising copy and campaign messaging. Support digital advertising campaign execution across multiple channels. Organize and maintain landing pages and campaign assets. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop marketing materials. Monitor campaign performance using analytics platforms. Identify performance issues and recommend optimization strategies. Assist with campaign reporting and performance analysis. Maintain CRM data and marketing platform accuracy. Perform quality assurance testing on landing pages and marketing assets. Troubleshoot issues affecting campaign performance. Support continuous improvement of digital marketing processes. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3–5 years of digital marketing experience. Experience using Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably Sitecore. Knowledge of digital marketing, conversion optimization, and customer journeys. Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce. Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and campaign performance reporting. Strong written communication and copywriting skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience performing quality assurance and troubleshooting marketing assets.
