Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Responsibilities Primary contact for all assets, including intake, distribution, and logistical moves of equipment. Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies pertaining to IT assets. Collaborate and communicate with internal employees, product providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products. Outreach to internal and external contacts to obtain information for shipping and collection efforts. Track and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments. Prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs. Track returned assets by reviewing the colleague exit tracking system and relaying that to the appropriate onsite staff. Submit and manage claims for damaged and missing shipments. Update assets in the inventory system to ensure status, location, and assigned colleague locations are current. Scan and sort incoming and outgoing assets and inventory. Maintain an accurate log sheet of daily moves. Maintain a clean and safe work area and update supplies as needed. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external contacts. Lead special projects and implementations as required by management. Qualifications High school diploma or G.E.D. 1+ years’ experience with customer service, shipping & receiving, procurement, or logistics. Well‑organized and detail oriented. Excellent communication skills. Strong sense of time organization and urgency. Ability to work independently and within a team. Adherence to inventory procedures to maintain timely and accurate data. Exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. Working knowledge of MS Office.
