Human Resources Director General HR duties Benefits and Leave administration, including FMLA Employee relations On-boarding Compliance Payroll Human Resources Director General Payroll duties Time and Attendance entry Payroll Register Audit and Review Understands Federal and State laws and regulations governing Payroll Human Resources Director Recruiting Duties Responsible for full cycle recruitment Consult with hiring managers to ascertain needs within each department Manage the job postings process Review resumes and pre-screen candidates Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers Conducts phone interviews, office interviews Understands HR policy and practices benefits, work rules, pre-offer requirements, etc. Desired Qualifications Healthcare Experience Required in Long term care. 2 years of HR Management experience, including recruiting experience, required 2 years payroll processing experience required Must have Strong knowledge of Federal and FL employment laws and regulations Staffing Coordination experience preferred Salary range 65k-70k depending on experence in long term care.
