Security Integration Project ManagerTroy, Michigan! Trillium Professional has a direct hire opportunity for a Security Integration Project Manager. This position will be based out of Troy, MI!Responsibilities:Performs site walk throughs and develops scopes of workIdentifies the customers' needs, reflecting it in estimates and scopes of work and communicates it to the install team as needed.Performs estimates and builds cost modelsCompletes designs and performs engineering of the project systemsCreates bills of materialsCreates installation layouts and installation process plansCreates proposal letters and ongoing project management communicationsManages labor resources as part of the team of project managersSupports foreman and installers with information and directionMeets with managing partners to review financial performance and project statusWill have customer interaction for design, engineering, updates, estimates, scope definition, etc.Successful management of a project from inception to completionManagement of the purchasing of project related materials and equipmentEnsuring proper delivery of materials to onsite crewEnsures the right information is reaching the right peopleWill have to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Salary range is $100-110k• College education preferred• 4—5 years' experience as a PM with the above responsibilities• Understands the flow of money on a project managing P&L• Experience in designing and managing the installation and maintenance of IP surveillance systems, access control systems, door hardware components and related electrical systems.• Knowledge of networks, IP, VMS, Video servers, storage, etc. is preferred• Proficient with MS Office suite of programs• Familiar with and understands CAD drawingsTrillium Technical has been recruiting and placing Engineering professionals for over 30 years.
