Our client, Staffing & Recruiting Operations is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join their team. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be part of the Human Resources (HR) team supporting Recruiting. The ideal candidate will have strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environmentskills that will help you deliver a smooth, positive candidate experience from scheduling through onboarding handoff.

Job Title: Staffing Coordinator

Location: San Jose, CA

Pay Range: $28-$31

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

• Schedule interviews for all incoming candidates using Outlook
• Create a positive candidate experience, including coordinating candidate movement to and from interview rooms/meetings when needed and helping with candidate logistics such as lunches
• Coordinate candidate travel arrangements and hotel booking
• Manage candidate expense report forms and support recruiters by inputting data in the ATS
• Initiate background checks and hiring files, support offer letter creation, and send new hire information to the onboarding team

What's Needed?

• Very proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Workday experience preferred
• Ability to work independently, seek solutions, ask questions, and take ownership of tasks
• High energy and strong sense of urgency with excellent attention to detail (mistake averse)
• Professional communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of leadership
