Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
⏱ Full-Time: Minimum 40 hours per week

This position is specifically for 1st Shift .

Schedule: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
Minimum 40 hours per week
Candidates must be able to consistently work the full scheduled shift
Must be willing and available to work overtime when production needs require it

Stride Staffing is NOW HIRING Machine Operators / Assemblers for a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Grand Prairie, TX!

This is a hands-on production position where you'll operate specialized machinery and tools, work with shop-floor computer systems, and help keep production moving while meeting quality and safety standards .

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Set up and safely operate specialized assembly machinery
Operate test, balance, hydraulic, and pneumatic tools and equipment
Review the Bill of Materials (BOM) before beginning assembly
Verify physical components against technical drawings
Use shop-floor computer systems throughout the production process
Print product and inventory labels
Look up part numbers and product information
Track material and lot locations
Accurately document material scrap
Follow established production and assembly procedures
Maintain quality and accuracy throughout the assembly process
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

High school diploma or GED preferred
Basic computer skills required
Ability to learn and navigate inventory and labeling software
Strong hand-eye coordination
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow written work instructions and technical drawings
Comfortable using production tools and equipment
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
Must be dependable and able to work as part of a team
Must be willing to work overtime when needed

SAFETY & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand and work for extended periods
Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working around industrial machinery and equipment
Must follow all facility safety procedures
Required PPE includes safety glasses and hearing protection
