Buyer III

Virtual Vocations Inc

Supporting the procurement of goods and services for the Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (AISR) Division, the full-time Buyer III will manage supplier negotiations, ensure compliance with procurement policies, and collaborate with internal customers to meet program requirements, with remote work options available. Key responsibilities Ensure compliance of procurement transactions with applicable regulations and company policies Partner with internal teams to complete source selection and procurements that meet program requirements Review and negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure optimal purchasing agreements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field with 2-4 years of procurement experience, or a High School Diploma with 8-10 years of relevant work experience Experience in CPSR compliance and audit support Proficient in Costpoint 8.0 Procurement Planning, Purchasing, and Material Management Modules Knowledge of DoD procurement regulations (FAR/DFAR) and experience with foreign supplier sourcing involving ITAR/EAR Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
