Position Summary The AlQuraishi Lab in the Department of Systems Biology is seeking a full-time, temporary Research Associate to support structural bioinformatics efforts in the lab, particularly ones focused on modeling protein-ligand systems in the case of OpenFold, AISB, and OpenBind projects. This role involves coding, analyzing data, and preparing reports on the findings. Responsibilities Develop and maintain code to analyze biological datasets and improve computational modeling workflows. Conduct structural bioinformatics research to support protein-ligand modeling initiatives across multiple computational biology projects. Analyze computational results and interpret data to support scientific research objectives. Prepare technical reports, summaries, and research documentation to communicate findings to the research team.
