This position is responsible for supporting the successful implementation of the organization's full suite of integrated services as the subject matter expert. This role ensures successful project outcomes and fosters strong client relationships by coordinating and leading cross-functional teams.

• Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing expert guidance and support to the team on project management and implementation matters.
• Ensures the application of tactics to achieve optimal outcomes for highly complex projects, demonstrating a nuanced understanding of project intricacies.
• Cultivates relationships with client leadership, adeptly resolving issues escalated by the organization's discerning clients.
• Champions customer implementations with a focus on delivering exceptional results and meticulous compliance with the organization's elevated service model.
• Supports the project team, ensuring the timely and effective completion of project assignments and other tasks.
• Collaborates with other departments to ensure the coordination and completion of all additional implementation-related tasks.
• Works collaboratively with managers to maintain an accurate forecast of projected and actual client engagement kick-off dates and client engagement go-live dates for highly complex projects.
• Actively participates in internal department initiatives to innovate and refine tools and processes that support the attainment of corporate and departmental goals.
• Provides crucial support in Phase I of the implementation for large and highly complex groups, involving practice assessment/recommendations and the establishment of project governance.
• Actively participates in onsite kick-offs for large, highly complex clients, ensuring a seamless transition into intricate project phases.
• Gains an in-depth understanding of the client's key metrics prior to the implementation of highly complex projects.
• Advocates for client-recommended product and service enhancements, particularly those tailored for intricate project requirements.
• May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.
• Occasional business travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Ten (10) plus years of experience in project management, with a distinguished focus on large and highly complex implementations.
• Experience in healthcare and/or transportation industry preferred.
• Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Extensive experience in project management and implementation, showcasing exemplary leadership and expertise in handling highly complex projects.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, effectively collaborating with clients and internal teams on projects of intricate nature.
• Exhibits excellent organizational and time-management skills, efficiently coordinating and prioritizing multiple highly complex projects.
• Displays a proven ability to lead and supervise project teams, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of highly complex projects.
• Able to connect emotionally with internal and external stakeholder goals and challenges.
• Work efficiently, sometimes without complete information to close gaps and meet the needs of internal stakeholders and clients alike.
• Holds an in-depth understanding of client needs, advocating for enhancements tailored to the intricate demands of projects.
• Possesses a profound knowledge of industry best practices, actively contributing to the development and refinement of tools and processes for highly complex projects.
• Effective communicator, both in written and verbal forms, catering to diverse audiences involved in highly complex projects.
• Strong computer literacy and the comfort, ability and desire to advance technically.
• Expert level proficiency in project management tools and software relevant to handling project requirements.
• Advanced proficiency with various software applications programs including Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and One Note.
